🔁 Returns & Refunds

At Rohi Organic, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality desi products. Due to the nature of our food items, we maintain a strict returns policy to ensure hygiene and quality standards.

✅ Eligible Returns

We only accept returns or replacements if:

You received a damaged product
You received the wrong item
The product is defective or leaking

📌 Important:
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind
Opened or used products
Minor packaging variations
Taste preferences

💰 Refunds & Replacements

If your claim is approved, we will offer:
- Replacement, or
- Refund (in rare cases)
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 working days.
