Desi Khand is traditional Pakistani unrefined cane sugar — the way sugar was made before industrial processing existed. Unlike white sugar (which is bleached using sulphur and chemicals), desi khand is naturally golden, sulphur-free, and retains the minerals and molasses from sugarcane. It has a richer, deeper flavor and is considered healthier than refined sugar by traditional Pakistani households and hakeems. Our Desi Khand comes directly from local Pakistani cane farmers — pure, raw, and chemical-free.
